- Review agency policy and procedure manual for compliance with Managed Care Policy Manual, New Mexico Administrative Code, and any other regulatory liabilities
- Provide agency with a report identifying any policy deficiencies and recommendations to strengthen, as appropriate
- Provide agency with 2 one hour consultation sessions (can be combined into 1 two hour consultation session) to review findings, make recommendations, and answer questions.

PCS Desk Audit
|
- Review PCS client files for documentation of compliance with Managed Care Policy Manual, New Mexico Administrative Code, and any other regulatory policies.

- Provide agency with 2 one hour consultation sessions (can be combined into 1 two hour consultation session) to review findings, make recommendations, and answer questions.
